Money Making Scheme
I have never come across shocking and poor service like this. I bought a Spare Tire Cover Rigid for an amount of R6k for my Suzuki Jimny and the locking mechanism has fallen off and is lost. For the amount spent on the cover one would think the locking mechanism will be strong enough and not just fall off.
I brought this under the attention of the Parts Department at the Klerksdorp branch where the item was purchased and asked if I can please purchase a locking mechanism to replace on the Wheel Cover. Only to get a shocking response Suzuki Head Office stated that I have to buy a complete Wheel Cover unit of R6k because they don't sell locking mechanisms separately.
Money making scheme just got a whole new meaning.
This is unacceptable!!!!! Surely there is some way that Penta Motor Group can sell a locking mechanism separately. Everything in life needs spare parts and should be available to buy.
I expected better service from Penta Motor Group.
