Misleading purchase & absolute **** service!
Absolute horribly **** service! They clearly have not properly trained their sales people on their products, so you will most likely not get what you have paid for at all. And if you try to correct the situation, literally within a few minutes after the short drive home after delivery- after not being walked through the car at delivery and playing around at home to find out there is quite a few missing features you were told you would have. They will not correct the situation nor help in any way, and they will ensure to drag it out as long as possible, for weeks on end, with you as the customer having to call repeatedly to get updates on the process. They absolutely will try and ****ing rob you, plainly put. Put the blame on you as a mislead customer and you can bet your ass they will increase the price of the original deal you were offered, with an additional “you will lose your entire deposit” added onto that bull****. All while buying a brand spanking new car out of the box. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone. Don’t get me wrong, the sales person was nice and he had no reason to lie, because it resulted in a smaller sale for him, but he was very clearly misinformed himself. We have all the communication proof, including a list sent of features that differ on the models which influenced our decision. We were initially told the very next day that they will have to do it as a trade in, which is absolute bull****, so they asked us a few questions said it changes the situation and they will see what they can do. We contacted Chery SA themselves, where they were also shocked and said it should have been corrected and attended to the very same day, nevermind dragged on for a few days. Two weeks in of us following up daily, just to be mislead, once again, that we will be sorted and the last of it is on it’s way to the bank, just to find out it’s one huge lie, and then again suddenly being told that we have to do a complete trade in and will lose our entire deposit and “they can promise us the bank will want a bigger deposit then”, which tells me they haven’t even had a conversation with the bank about the ****up they created, and then they want us to pay even more for the other vehicle than the initial deal proposed to us! Absolute bull****, just rather stay far, far away. Just do your self a huge favour and take the extra drive to go get yourself sorted at a proper dealership that properly train their staff and look after their customers.
Thank you for your honest feedback.
We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, and we completely understand your frustration. What you’ve described is not the level of service we strive to deliver and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, miscommunication, and lack of follow-through you've encountered. We would appreciate the opportunity to fully review the situation, including all communication and documentation, to understand where the process failed and how we can resolve it fairly and professionally. Our goal is not to shift blame, but to take accountability where needed and work toward a solution.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had, and we hope to restore some of the trust that has been lost.

Come to find out that- not only are your sales staff clearly lacking training on your products, not only were we mislead on the features our vehicle will have due to said training problem, not only would you guys like to take our deposit to correct YOUR mistake, not only do you want to charge us a sudden additional 90K, and more, for a deal we originally would have paid a mere additional 50K for than what we have paid already, not even to mention a new deposit you expect from us and an extremely unfair "trade-in" which it should not be, based on the merit that it's registered in our name which it already was even before pickup and we had no way of knowing we were mislead on the features beforehand, AGAIN the mistake by Penta, reported within less than 30min of pickup. Not only all of that and even more, but come to find out you guys registered the vehicle in the wrong name, which we were also very clear on from the start.
So no, unfortunately you have most definitely not restored a single grain of trust.
I repeat: Just do yourself a huge, HUGE favor and take the extra drive to go get yourself sorted at a proper dealership that properly train their staff and look after their customers.
Again, I do not blame this on the salesperson one bit, this is very clearly a dealership and training issue. Extremely unprofessional.
I actually feel sorry for the sales guy that helped us, that this is the outcome of his sale because of other people's inability to take responsibility and treat people fairly.
