Making clients feel like family

I do not usually write reviews but it is heavy on my heart today to share this with the public today!

Penta Suzuki Montana made me feel like family today, I went in for a simple service and received the most amazing client services. I am not an easy person to please but Lucille certainly succeeded to please me today and treated me like I am someone she knew for years despite the fact that I am a complete stranger.

Today I want to thank every single employee in the service department for making everything go as smooth as humanly possible. From every single smile , friendly jokes and the actual service of my vehicle I do appreciate it! I picked up my car from the dealership this afternoon and it was as good as new, as if it just returned from a great spa day.
