Mahindra Polokwane Parts

I phoned Mahindra Polowkane to confirm if the parts that I needed was available. The parts sales confirmed and I could go and pick it up. I sent my guy to go pick up the parts and was told that they have just used the part in the workshop. I am heavily disappointed as I have actually booked this part from Mahindra SA. I still don't understand why is a common service part like an air filter not kept in stock
