Lisence and registration for more than 3 months waiting

I bought my car at Suzuki Montana last year October 2025, it was a demo car with the number plate and lisence disk up to date, I bought my car from Cobus new salesman, I've signed everything and he said sharp you can go. December 2025 I was driving to Cape Town and traffic officer stopped me and she scanned the lisence disk and she said I was supposed to do the lisence and registration and I was supposed to drive with a permit upon receiving my car and I didn't receive such by that time. I got a ticket fine of R500, January 2026 I went to Suzuki Montana to complain about the situation and they promised to pay the fine and send me the proof of payment but untill to date I didn't receive anything including my lisence registration 🚩🚩🚩extremely disappointed 👹👹
