I have sent my Volvo vehicle for repairs from 08/02/2021. I haven't received my car back even though my insurance has paid for all that needed to be fixed. I get excuses each time I call the branch. We have reported the matter to Volvo head office. I went to the branch again with evidence of communication to prove to Head office that the dealership is ***********. I have no spare car to use and am struggling to move around while my instalments are deducted.
