Good Morning gents, I felt it necessary to pass my compliments on the exceptional service I received from your dealership and especially Morne. As a brief history I was in the process of purchasing another car from a different dealership and received really bad service and waited 2 weeks for them to finalize the vehicle. I took a chance after receiving advice from colleagues to try penta in Menlyn. I sent through a single email on Thursday 18 May 2023 and within minutes I received a reply and call from Morne. He went out of his way and exceeded all my expectations by placing me in a better vehicle then I initially planned for. The added value he provided and advice really helped me to make the process easier and I felt I could trust him to run the process Within 3 days I received the vehicle and am loving it. Morne kept me updated and was always available to answer my questions. In fact every request i made, Morne went a step further and got me more than I requested. I will definitely refer your dealership and Morne as my experience as a whole has been truly exceptional. Thank you all for being great.
