On Tuesday 13th January 2026, I visited Suzuki Montana in search of a car. I met with Mr Ruan Bretenbach and he took us through the floor, and discussed the requirements. He passionately explained the process. I informed him that I needed the car by end of Wednesday 14th January 2026. He provided the list of the documents required for the bank approval. I then provided everything by end of the day. On Wednesday morning, I confirmed with him if anything was missing from me. By 0900, Charlene Joubert phoned with approval options and I wasn't happy with the interest rate offered. She said she'd would try and by 1130 she called with a better offer of 10,8% from Wes bank compared to 12,8%. I also stated that no deposit and balloon payment, and my installments would not be more than R5000-00 per month. Mr Ruan Bretenbach and Charlene Joubert worked on it until an installment of R4900 was attained. By 1600, I was informed that the car was ready and after signing papers I drove off with my brand new Swift. Moreover, I was surprised with smash and grabb, mud guards, window visor deflector rain guard and R15000-00 discount. I desperately needed the car and this was met. He further explained the after sales support that is provided and he's a phone call away. I'm grateful for the service rendered by the Mr Ruan Bretenbach and made me feel special. Keep it team.
