Efficient and friendly service

I had my care serviced 2 weeks ago - a pleasant experience, from making the booking to receiving my car back. Friendly and efficient service. Then yesterday took my car and asked them to fasten a license plate that has come loose - even a simple thing like that was dealt with efficiency (and I was not even charged for it).
