Bad service and faulty cars be aware!

Bad service and faulty cars at the Penta Now in Zambezi. We bought 2 cars, a Nissan for me and a Mahindra for my mother-in-law. The Nissan navara was looking good when we bought it, but dekra report apparently said it failed and they had to replace 2 back tyres and something with the front shock (no one can tell me exactly what was wrong). A week after that the car had to go for a oil service and I took it back and they said they did the oil service, another week after that strange noises came from the engine bay (first thoughts was the turbo) but they assured me that it was the flywheel. I started a new career and have to travel alot, and they blatantly told me that they are not obliged to borrow me a car, but after they saw what was wrong they phoned and told me that they will (make me feel like) they are doing me a favor, by borrowing me a Hyundai i10, which the clutch is completely gone, and also the locking mechanism with the key works only when it wants to. Now another week has passed and we are moving, they told me I can borrow a bakkie for the weekend, but now I was phoned and told that they can only borrow me the bakkie for a day or two and then I must take the broken Hyundai again. I also ask them how long the flywheel will take to get, and first they told me about 5 days (that's about 6 days ago), and now they say they have to import the parts from overseas so I'm stuck with the Hyundai i10 for time being... I told them before that I want to get the CPA and MOISA involved and laughed it off and said I have to give them a fair chance to fix the car, that was before the tyres, the shocks and now the flywheel and no Dekra repors. Unacceptable from such a big firm in South-Africa, the Mahindra is also now starting to leak oil everywhere and noises as if something is loose which my mother-in-law drives, they said we will sort it out, probably a week ago and still no answer or not even an update on anything. We paid nearly R500K for the two and within a month both cars are giving us endless trouble with no feedback from their side. They also insisted numerous times to get a claim number from my insurance, which I refused, because I don't feel it is my insurance responsibility for penta to claim, as they sold me a faulty navara and a faulty Mahindra, and even the car they borrow me is also faulty, 3 faulty cars from one branch, that pretty much sums it up for you... I feel this was a fair chance given, according to CPA and MOISA terms, and will definitely contact the relevant parties to assist going forward, as working directly with penta, will cost you alot of stress and leave you wondering endlessly
