3 different quotes… not one in favour of the client

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. Started out positive with the sales person telling me he will do his best to get me the deal that I want. After everything was done I asked for a final quote on the car and it looked promising. Has the car in stock (on the floor in the front). The quote was received, just waited for finances to be sorted out. Then I got the call… finance approved but the instalment sounded weird, so ai asked what the loan amount was… guess what… R50 000 more than what was quoted… suspicious, I asked then to remove the extra’s… still R48000 more than quoted. Spoke to the saleman, he made a “finger mistake”. When spoken to the manager she could not assist, had to speak to 2 other people, coming up with different excuses, trying to play the victim, saying that the salesman was on medicine and therefore could have made a mistake. I get it, bur there is no solution, no other assistance just trying to rub everything under the carpet. No one knows where the price on the original quote comes from and can’t answer me that. They found another quote from the salesman, and AGAIN the amount is different. Is this how you do business? All 3 quotes are different and the price just increases. This is totally unacceptable and that after I had to spend 3 hours there to get everything sorted. 3 different quotes… 1 for client… 1 for finance department and 1 for the manager… this is totally dodge and I can’t begin to say how disappointed I am. All they said is there’s nothing they can do about it… so I thanked them, warned them of this review and told them I will never support their branch ever again. Such a pitty was really looking forward to the deal
