Shocking service from Pensions Fund Abjudicator

I submitted a complaint about MOMENTUM METROPOLITAN LIFE LIMITED on 20 November 2020. This was about a deduction they made from my Provident Fund and paid to SARS, for monies owed. This deduction was made knowing that SARS is not allowed to use your retirement fund lump sum to deduct tax that you owe – as this is not permitted by the Pension Funds Act. Lerato Mokoena advised that they ordered Metropolitan to provide an answer by 12 December 2020. This date has passed without any explanation. There has been no feedback since yesterday when they advised they gave Metropolitan another extension until 15 January to provide an explanation. This is such pathetic service and absolute disregard for consumers from a body that is suppose to champion consumer rights. I would like them to order Momentum Metropolitan to pay me my money within 5 working days.
