Ritirement Contributions for my mother Florence Masinga

My Mother worked for all her life in the clothing industry starting in 1965. She made her contributions to the National Clothing Bargaining Council from the time she started working. She was only Paid R1500.00 by the bargaining council after a long struggle that took about 1 year in 2019. The case was forwarded to the PFA for investigation. However the PFA ruled in favor of the Bargaining Council. They kept her assumed R1500 of her contribution for all these years. PFA was satisfied that is what was due to her. No interest not even the actuarial value of the R1500.00 and only just her contributions. Despite putting the case to the PFA about the poor state of affairs for record keeping at the Clothing Industry bargaining council, it did not make sense to them. As such there is no justice for you if you are poor you work for all your life and die with nothing even when you try to make contributions for your retirement life.
