PFA on Pension?

Are these guys still in operation!?

On 15 December 2020 I lodged a complaint online as I am battling to have my pension claim paid out by Alexander Forbes. Their offices closed the following day for the festive season and I received an electronic response to acknowledge receipt of my complaint.

Came January 12, I attempted to log a follow up complaint on the website, but got a message online that I have already submitted a complaint which is still being investigated.

The next morning, 13 January, I received an e-mail stating that the network was down and IT was investigating. The e-mail encouraged complainants to phone the office numbers as per the e-mail signature, but the phones simply kept ringing with no-one answering.

We are at the 20th of January with no sign of customer service.
