PENS UNLIMITED Canal Walk, stubborn, unfair, ********* Owner / Practice

<p>After supporting Pens Unlimited Canal Walk (J&I agencies cc t/a Pens Unlimited CK 98/68397/23) for many years, being a fan of the Rotoring Pen and Pencil collections, having purchased the ranges not only for myself, my business partners, friends and clients, my wife purchased another for me not knowing that I already have the identical pen in more than one colour. A day or two after purchasing the pen she attempted to return it to the store for a refund. The un-trained unprofessional staff(I cannot say team as there is no such feeling) refused to take the pens back and refund the money. The staff then called the owner to which they owner rep**** that they refuse to take the pen back and refund the money. The pen is relatively inexpensive (R660) so it is more the principal that was dissapointment than the refund or lack of. The profit on the pen won't be more than R200 and to loose a loyal client after years of loyalty(only due to the shop location within relation to our home), to hold onto a mere few hundred Rand is very short sighted. Myself, business partners, clients and friends will no longer support this narrow mindedness which in turn is sad due to the store fighting with a customer to hold a small profit making the picture quite clear that business can't be doing too well. Please do not support this poor display of narrow minded behavior and buy your pens and pencils at a store that ensures open and fair trade.</p>
