No Communication

<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered and paid for a book from Penrock on 4 October 2016. After some time I sent them a message from their website asking for details around delivery time, but I got no response. I sent a follow up message some time after that but again, no response. I then emailed them ditectly, ********** and again, no response. There are no telephone numbers on their website and I could not get any numbers using Google.
