3 friends and myself booked PenQuin Tours & Transfers Rugby World Cup tour tickets and paid an amount of R67,870 each, totaling R271,481. Duration of the tour was 22nd October 2015 to 1 November 2015. Deposits were paid in October/November 2014 and the balance in January 2015. To-date we have not received our flight tickets, accommodation vouchers and game tickets. Their excuse was exchange rate fluctuations. They say they take full responsibility and will repay us our money when they can.<br> <br> This company over promises and cannot deliver.<br>
