Excellent service and after sales assistance

I would like to compliment Leeza from Steve Hofmeyer, Ryno Posthumus and especially Zita Castanho from Penquin Random House.

I received Steve Hofmeyer's latest book as a birthday present and certain pages were erroneously printed. I e-mailed Penquin Random House and within an hour, I received a reply from Zita Castanho enquiring to my physical address and confirming that she would deliver another book to me personally.

After I send the mail to Penquin Random House, I filled in a contact form on Steve Hofmeyer's page regarding the book. The following day I received a reply from Zeeta and she mailed Ryno Posthumus informing him of the error. Ryno also immediately contacted me to obtain my physical address.

In a country where excellent customer service and after sales assistance is basically non-existing, these three people went out of their way to provide excellent service.
