Rude, obstructive, unhelpful

When renting a garden cottage, me experience with Penny Gurney was terrible. She was rude, unhelpful and obstructive. I comp**** with credit checks and sent highly personal financial information as requested based only on a five minute viewing. After I had passed all the checks she obstructed me from meeting the landlords, even though I would be sharing the property with them, wanting me to sign the lease before meeting them. She had poor excuses for preventing me from meeting and was aggressive and rude. Eventually I went with another garden cottage. I now regret sending such personal information to a one person business.
