Worse service ever

<p>On Friday I went to the Walker drive branch to make some purchases. The salesman Charles confirmed that they have everything in stock which I needed. I payed on Saturday was promised delivery on Monday. Monday I was told that the tiles that I ordered was given to another client which was already payed by me. I was just told to come and select another tile, how inconvenient. And after 4 days I 'm still waiting for my delivery. No response from anyone.</p>
