Underpromise and over deliver

I bought a Megamaster built in braai which they didnt have in stock so I paid for it and was told they would order it and it should be ready to collect on the following Wednesday.<br> Pravesh called me on Monday afternoon and told me the braai had arrived and I could come and collect it.<br> A classic case of underpromising and over delivering.
