Poor service

I went to the store where I usually buy items for my place. I wanted to exchange a shower hose for another one because mine had broken - and the store wanted me to buy a brand new one. I gave my details and they were supposed to follow up with their supplier to find out why it broke - and whether they would give me my money back.

Well I received nothing from supplier or store.

I could easily have gone elsewhere for the item.
