On Thursday morning early 24 March I phoned the branch and asked if they supp**** backing board (spoke to Nate) he said they do I asked if they would cut it to size and he said yes, i told him my sizes and he said it wouldn't be a problem, i said i will be there just now. When I got there i went to customer services and they informed me that they cant cut it that morning and I should return next week. I explained that i spoke to Nate and he said it will be fine, i was told by the attendant that he cant say that as he is not in charge of cutting. I asked them to call the manager and i waited around a few minutes getting very frustrated that he did not come i left and went elsewhere. Go to the smaller guy in future
