Good service

<p>On 30 March I had the pleasant experience of receiving good, old-fashioned service in a store.</p> <p>I was looking for a new gutter downpipe with several complicated fittings and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and patient help that I received from one, Selina Alexander, at the Milnerton branch of Penny Pinchers. This was not my experience at other service providers that dished up a variety of superficial, but impractical ideas.</p> <p>Fitting a new generation downpipe, with twists and curls, to an old asbestos system is quite complicated as the measurements and materials are completely different. </p> <p>Selina very patiently tried a variety of options until we found a workable solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.
