Best Customer Service / Sales support every : Quentin Swamers and Shaun Maritz

<p>I took a paint colour chart to Penny Pincher today with a colour that I inside looked like the colour I wanted but it was from a make that is only supp**** by Builders (where I would have bought a 5lt because they do not supply samples or have smaller tins of it). Was it not for Quentin Swamers that took me outside with his colour charts and showed me the colour in bright daylight I would never have seen it and been extremely unhappy with this colour – which turned out to be a grey base instead of a beige base as I wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quentin then helped me find a colour that I actually was looking for - without me having a sample but just describing what I had in mind and then mixing a sample so perfect to the colour chart that you could not distinguish the difference on the chart.</p> <p> </p> <p>That was not the end of my visit to Penny Pinchers – I wanted a quote for fixing a my roof. With hand indicated measurements and a photo Quentin and Shaun Maritz they assist me with the correct naming a quantities needed for the area.</p> <p> </p> <p>The day before I was also at Penny Pinchers and with my ******** description of material Shaun pin-pointed what the correct naming was and could give me prices and measurements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both Quentin and Shaun’s knowledge and ability to understand your customers “plain” language is such a big benefit to your store.
