Disappointed

Bad service,I bought a renault sandero last year October that came with 1year insurance,on the 25/10/20 my car could not start, so I booked it for inspection for the 28/10/20,I was told that they need to replace the starter and it's going to take 21 days waiting for the parts,so I called the insurance to ask if they can loan me a car, the response was that they can only loan me a car if I was involved in an accident,so I was stranded for 17 days without a car
