<p>I app**** for a loan with PenMutual or PennMutual for a amount of R 20 000.00. Then they rep**** to me with a different email address similar to their own. First I had to pay fees to their attorney and then FSA fees. It was done. Now all of sudden im not registred with them and the fees were paid to the wrong persons, not to them. I have reported them to the police.</p>
