Unreliable and horrific service

On 22 December 2014 I paid R12700 for 6000 bricks, Until today (2015/04/23) he has delivered only half my quota. He always has excuses and never delivers. It does not help to threaten him with legal action, as he just does not care. I have records of sms text messages to prove that he is unreliable and a ****. He does not deserve to have a business. I am now also considering legal action against this company. He owes me the amount to the value of 3000 bricks at the 2015 price + interest. I am not prepared to write these bricks or the money off. Alan Landers is the most unreliable person that I have met in my life. Please do not do business with this person.
