Allan dont keep up to his promose of delivery.

I have made a purchase of 20 000 bricks with Allan in Oct 2014. I had to make the payment before delivery which I did. I only received 4 000 bricks delivered on someone else's premises. I am still waiting for the rest of my bricks. Allan keeps on promising delivery and make constant excuses. 09 Months later NO Delivery. His phone is off, no where to be found.
