Quick to make a sales, worst after service

I purchased a bed from Peninsula bed sales in September 2020. The bed has a 2 guarantee and 10 year warranty. The bed has an average weight of 100kgs which I'm not and I am the only person sleeping on the bed.

On the 18th of May 2022 I contact Peninsula bed sales to inform them that the bed had dents where I lay and it was most uncomfortable. They arranged for collection at the cost of R350 which I paid. The bed was repaired and delivered to me. I sent photo's the same day the delivered saying the bed was skew and had concerns that I would have the same problem. I was told by Erica that I must use the bed and see how it sleeps as it was repaired so the structure has changed. On the 17th of June , 3 weeks after they repaired the bed I contacted them to inform them the one side that was skew has not been fixed and that the top layer of the mattress shifts from bottom layer even when sitting on that side of the bed. They informed me that I must pay R350 again for collection and R500 to repair. They clearly did not check the bed after repairs or they would have picked this up. I moved the mattress and this is when I discovered the one side is the same as when I paid to collect and repair.

Why must I pay for the repairs when I gave them a chance to repair? The bed is under guarantee and I do not weigh 100kgs?

How is this fair to me?

They are not wanting to understand and acknowledge that it is there fault and want me to pay or they won't collect and repair.

The were quick to make a sale and deliver the bed but now not willing to assist even though my bed is under guarantee
