Do not purchase beds from "Peninsula Bed Sales"

When making the decision to purchase the bed based on the sales person's recommendation, I was convinced that I was making a good decision. After receipt of the purchased bed, I noticed that the springs are so close to the surface of the bed with very thin sponge between the springs and the mattress covering to the extent that I actually cannot use the mattress for the intended purpose of sleeping on it. Reading the conditions for return leaves no recourse for consumers who cannot actually use the mattress nor the right to return an unsuitable mattress. I am not only thoroughly disappointed but very surprised that these terms are permissible by the consumer protection act. I recommend that consumers read the return conditions before purchasing even if you are like me, not someone who returns goods. I also recommend to stick to brands like Sealy and rather buy from dial-a-bed stores as they will not only answer but resolve any customer dissatisfaction.
