We did a swimming pool for this contractor Morne, and need to do add ons as he has given us wrong information. It was discussed with him and he approved the extra costs, once we were done with the pool we did our final finishing touches and waited over a week for payment, we started asking for payment and had to wait weeks for our final payment which he only paid half, he doesn't answer he's phone also no reply to our emails for final payment. Be aware don't do sub contracts for Morne, you don't get your money out of him.
