Worst service I've ever had

Really Pathetic<br> <br> I decided to get my old marbelite pool relined with fibreglass and contracted Penguin Pools who have been in business for 60 years to do it. Surely ownership has changed you can't stay in business for so long and treat customers so badly?<br> <br> I wanted a charcoal pool with mosaic tiles. After paying a 50% deposit upfront (can't trust customers you know they must trust us ) they sent what was clearly a dubious team in a clearly unroadworthy to do the work. His bakkie leaked oil all over my pristine driveway but that didn't bother him. They would work about a third of the day and disappear. Long story short I now have a mottled black pool with streaks with no mosaics (we don't normally do it, but I paid for it??? ) On \completion"they did not clean up with the result now being that my pool surround and paving is still a mess from all the sanding"
