Warranty claim

Penguin Pools installed a fiberglass pool for us in Dec 2014. We had alot of rain during that period which caused the coping and paver tiles as well as the grouting not to set properly. I was assured that their warranty will fix all of that. A Warranty claim was emailed to Riaan Du Toit and Mercia Fick on the 26 Feb 2015. No one has called me since then. I left several messages for one of their managers to call me to discuss the repairs, but no one has called at all. The installer Herman came to check two weeks ago, but he is also now not reachable. It is nearly a month after the claim was submitted with no response from them to rectify my pool's paving..
