Very poor service and NEVER deliver on a promise!

Agreement for Full installation of a swimming pools was signed and initial 20% paid on the 6th August 2015 which I then found out I had to be project manager for my own Pool and arrange for concrete slab to be jack hammered which was done the following week and payment was extra out of my pocket. I was promised they will start to dig on 12th Aug. which after days off from work as they promise daily they only started 14th and then they hit hard surface and after long debate, many emails and calls/sms they came back to finish the 19th and they delivered the shell. Now things looked like it was going in the right direction till the paving and coupling was completed and again promises but no shows...Contract agreed by Eben was to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks..we are now 6weeks into this and still some pipes need to be fitted, the db need to be fitted..they promises again since last week Wednesday they are coming to fit and clean the pool as it is worse then a dam and lots of mosquitoes. I have contacted Eben which left the project as he was reassigned...I got no response and Barry phoned and started to get response..then I was handed to Hannes But no luck...Don't Use Penguin Pools!
