The Worse Service by Far!!!!

Last year December I phoned Penguin Pools to repair my jacuzzi. They were fully booked but if I would give them two days I would be the first client. When they hadn't arrived by 10am I phoned to follow up. After lots of excuses and promises they finally got to my house around 4pm. Very friendly and helpful repair men but they didn't bring the right equipment to see where the current was faulty but not to worry they will be back first thing on Monday. That didn't happen. The Tuesday was the public holiday so they only came on the Wednesday and just like clock work late that afternoon. Again, very friendly repair men left with everything looking like it was working. After two baths nothing works. Based on their terrible service history I phoned last week Wednesday and asked them to come out on Monday, giving them enough notice so that I can be first. After being promised I won't be dropped again I receive a phone call this morning that they have other commitments and will only be here at 1pm! That means I will now have to put in a days leave. Their excuse: some else made a double booking and it isn't their fault. If you want the dreadful unreliable service then call Penguin Pools
