Shoddy workmanship and service

Penguin pools installed a new pool in May 2015. Since installation we have been unable to use the pool due to poor suction. This was reported several times to them. To date they have done nothing. I am now told that the plumbing guarantee lasts 6 months and expired. I was told today that a guarantee slip was not filled in. At no stage prior to this was I asked to fill one in. Today I was told the best service they could offer was for them to send a repair crew to give me a quote. The personell have been rude and unsupportive throughout. I regret having commissioned them. Please do not use them. Once they have been paid you will get no service from them.
