Shocking Sevice

2 Months ago they came and installed a timer as well as pipes for my pool.I still have not received a manual for the timer and it doesnt work.They promised me that they will sent somebody out before 2 o clock and at 4 oclock nobody could come out anymore.That i only heard when i phoned back to follow up.Apparently nobody can give me the owners number as he does not want to talk to customers and is hardly ever available on his cellphone that being said by his staff.The shocking service is obviously nothing new as i look at the complaints before me!!
