Promises, promises and then nothing happens

<p>On the 26 November 2016 we bought a splash pool from Penquin pools in Pretoria. (That was on the saturday). We were promised that it will be delivered by the monday. The pool was paid in full on the saturday. And that is where the promises started. every day we were phoned and told that the pool will be delivered at one o"clock or eleven o"clock and each day nothing happened. It is now nearly three months down the lane and still we don't have our pool. We even went so far as to asked our money back. Also promises that its been paid into our account but nothing. If we say we want the cash they have excuses. If we phone him more than two times a day he doesn't even answer the phone. We are at our wits end. Either he delivers or pay's back our money or I am going to take futher action.</p>
