POOR Service, POOR Management & NO care attitude to Clients

PENGUIN POOL Pretoria don't care about there client's.............. I have had the worst experience from the start. Pool took almost 5 months to be 100% complete after numerous emails and calls to the management and staff. Now two months later i have problems again.

I contacted the office two weeks ago supp**** all necessary information but problem still not fixed. Every time you call the office to speak to Management ( Bertie Fick) he is always in a construction meeting or not around and never calls you back.

I just want the pool sort out and for Penguin pool to abide by there contract.
