Poor service and workmanship

I'ts been 7 months since Penguin Pools have installed my swimming pool, this was done via my building contractor and we are being given the run around. There are leaks in the pipes, and the incorrect motor and filter has been installed based on the spec of the swimming pool. It seems this is the way they do business.
