Please don't use Penguin Pools!

Disappointment from the start! Penguin Pools doesn't operate at the same standard they used to back in the old days. Their service is highly unprofessional. Their employees/agents are under pressure as a result of all the unhappy, complaining clients due to shockingly bad workmanship (pools that leak, paving that cracks, etc.) because they have NO SUPERVISION over their workers on site. They sign deal after deal but struggle to deliver and to meet the expectations of their clients.<br> <br> At a srage during the construction of my pool, they had 105 pools on their schedule board, and we've waited weeks for them to continue construction on our pool. <br> <br> If you have a complain, they simply ignore you. They don't respond to emails nor phone calls and simply continue on their own schedule. <br> <br> We would like to take this further.
