Penguin Pools - ***** consumer dreams

<p>Our family had the dream of owning a beautiful pool for us to enjoy as a family. We spent more then average amount of money on the pool, water feature and equipment, just to be ********** by Penguin Pools Pretoria. They have delivered (not in full yet) a pool which is sub standard according to the NSPI. Our pool looks old even though it has just been built. Currently the marbelite is off colour and full of marks, the water feature is not correct, the pool is leaking water, pump is pulling air, paving is not completed, etc. etc. They promiced to be on site to balance the water and nobody is here. The water is green and leaking which is costing me money. They have and are delivering a substandard quality product. Their workers never have tools, they never arrive on site earlier then 11:00, they never phone you (especially the business owner Derek). They are quick to ask for payment (or you are in breach of contract and they void your warrentees). Apparently they have filed for business rescue which is a reflection of their business, ethics and customer service. It has now taken them 3 months to deliver a pool which according to the NSPI should take 4-6 weeks. I want my pool fixed or my money back.</p>
