We contacted Hanno from penguin pools in Desember 2020 to install a swimming pool. Although they installed it within a week he was only at our house in the first few days. He never came to inspect the swimming pool on completion but demanded that we pay the last amount even w though there were things we wanted to discuss. We repeatedly contacted him to ask that they come out to fix these issues and only received promises but he has never showed up. Now 8 months later we still have a tear at the deep end of the swimming pool, the stairs at one side is not level, the pump timer stopped working, the borehole lid that their truck broke was never refunded and there are a few cracks in the paving around the swimming pool. Never ever pay them before you are completely satisfied because he will not come back to do any repairs
