Nicole and her team from the Pretoria branch were exceptionally professional and patient with me. I'm not the easiest client to please as I am a perfectionist of note. They installed my pool and 2 months later I noticed a small hairline crack. This was due to the ground movement in my area. I contacted Nicole and she assessed the issue without any hesitation. They then removed my pool and sent a brand new one. Within a week the new pool was fitted with brand new coping stones. I would highly recommend Nicole at Penguin Pools Pretoria.
