Penguin pools Pretoria - absolutely useless

Do not use Penguin pools Pretoria. They installed a new fibre glass pool end of November 2017 at my house. By the middle of December the pool had dropped 3cm on the deep end and the sides all moved inwards at least 3 cms. The result, 3cm cracks around my pool, buckled inwards longs sides, cracked coping and my paving, which i had done by a professional paving contractor is cracked everywhere, and due to the pool dropping 3cms on the deep end, the paving is now higher than the pool, apart from the fact the there is a 3cm crack between the coping and the paving. I reported it in December 2017. They came in middle January 2018, fixed the deep short end, but did not know how to respond to the rest of the problem. The consultant, Janita kept on saying the guy in charge of the installation, Fritz will resolve it. I set up a site meeting in Feb 2018 with Fritz, the paving contractor and the paving stone supplier. At first Fritz from Penguin said the paving had lifted. I have photographs showing and proving that the whole problem was due to the pool dropping 3cm at the deep end and the sides dropping in. From day 1 the copings was cracked. The paving supplier agreed with the contractor and me that the problem was caused by penguin's poor installation. Fritz agreed and said he will get back to me. Some mysterious Derek must decide. I sent them emails with photos. No response. Janita kept on saying the will send oom Danie who is 80 but knows how to fix it...Fritz does not take my calls anymore. Their office does not respond and Janita does not return my calls. It is now April. 4 months later. I have been stuck with a pool which has been incorrectly installed from day 1, showing the problems within 2 weeks. But still they simply ignore my requests to have it resolved. Even the coping they came to fix on the short side has cracked again. It simply looks terrible. I have not seen such poor workmanship and unproffesional "no care" attitude from any company in my life. Please do yourself a favour, do not use Penguin pools Pretoria. I will be taking the matter further from a legal side.
