PENGUIN POOLS PRETORIA

Good day, this web page is created for the purpose of keeping companies responsible for the service/product promised and then not delivered. Penguin pools Pretoria is not honouring their guarantee that thy give on the pools they install.

My history with this company:

I was given a lifetime guarantee on the pool shell that was installed, the same as in the picture.

I contracted Penguin pools to install a new pool in 2007 About 4 years ago my pool started to leak water. I contacted penguin pools on a regular basis, it was a mission to get the repair team out to my property and after a few threats with social media and legal action they eventually arranged for the repairs to be done. It did not end there, about 2 months later I realised that the problem was not fixed and Penguin pools Pretoria was contacted once again with the same result to react to do the repairs.

I thought my problem was now resolved, but not long after that they had to come out a 3rd time to do the repairs. Then I thought ok 3rd time lucky, but about a year and a half later the repairs started to lift up and created sharp blades in the pool with the result that the pool is unsafe to swim in and it was still leaking water.

Now I am for the fourth time keeping them to the contract guarantee to have them repair their low grade repair work and over a month later I am unable to contact management to discuss the way forward for this problem to be resolved, as I am clearly convinced the shell failed from installation and should be replaced by Penguin pools.

With my experience that I picked up with the workmanship and client services to honour their guarantee I would recommend to any person considering the installation of a pool or any service to do a bit of proper investigation into any company they are considering to solicit a service from and to confirm service and honourability from previous clients and confirm the terms of their guarantee on their product and work.
