Penguin Pools horrible experience

We decided after 8 years in our home to get a pool installed for the first time. (October 2021) What a mistake to trust Penguin Pools for installation as a full package. Everything went downhill after installation. When the problems started soon afterwards the sales consultant, Bertie, and the installers just ignored me and went dead quiet. I had to use an external consultant to get my solar sorted. Pavement crumbling. Fibreglass cracking. Had personal losses due to Covid so couldn't make effort to sort out. Now where is the support. DO NOT TRUST PENGUIN POOLS. There is no after sales support. You paid them all the money and now keep footing the bill on repairs. Stay away.
