Penguin Pools Fourways

Penguin Pools remarbelited my pool. The marbelite is now failing after approximately 5 years. Not under guarantee, but requested the local franchisee (Fourways) to attend to stalagmites and balding patches - 18 months of asking. I expected to pay for the repair, did not expect it to be done for free. , No customer care, endless unfulfilled promises, unreturned phone calls. Loyalty doesn't seem to matter. Penguin Pools do not seem to care.
