Penguin Pools - A household name that is a sham.

Penguin pools installed a new fibreglass pool 5 years ago. To start off with, the pool was not level, about an inch difference from corner to corner. This in itself has been a frustration every time I look at the pool. Furthermore, the pump has burned out several times, the impeller has been giving not stop hassles, I have had to have the piping redone several times. The pool has been a nightmare for me. Recently we started to loose water. The pool was covered after the last summer season ans when it was opened this year and it was bone dry. Obviously a leak. I have contacted Derick at Penguin Pools in Pretoria on various occasions. He is always in a supposed construction meeting and does not bother to call back on any of my messages.

If you are looking at a pool supplier you should stay far away from this crowd, they will only over promise and not deliver.
